What is Agile Elephant?
Even before the pandemic, business was changing faster than ever. Now we’ve all experienced significant disruption and organisations were forced to transform to survive.
Every organisation’s business model is under threat from new technology, new challengers and new, more agile ways of getting the job done. The backdrop is a landscape of digital change caused by three new technology paradigms – the simultaneous rise of Cloud, Social and Mobile technologies are changing the way we do things in every part of our lives.
Agile Elephant’s founders have been working with digital and social technologies since their inception and understand business, social, and digital inside out. We combine decades of experience of business management, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, human capital management, communications, enterprise software, social media strategy and monitoring, business analytics and research.

WHY “AGILE ELEPHANT”?
Companies recognise they need to change to tackle the “Big Shift” as business goes digital – yet the problem and the solution are difficult to see in their entirety. This is the elephant in the room. People look at it in fragmented ways from different viewpoints and skill sets, but grasping the whole is complex. This is a newly emerging area, and companies can’t see what works, when and why. We want to work with you to help see the whole and find the solution – to shift your particular elephant, make it agile and help make it dance.
OUR AIM
We want to make sense of digital, help businesses transform, innovate and be more effective – but we want more than that. As well as helping our customers, we want to create an open community of customers, partners and practitioners to spread the word.
We’ve created the Agile Elephant Manifesto to explain our approach to “going digital”, as well as running events in London, workshops, and occasional meet-ups to get together with like minded professionals, practitioners and anyone who is interested.
